This is the batter I made on Tuesday from Jane Asher's Eats for Treats, a cookery book Mum got when I was small.

This is half-way through cooking my first pancake 🙂

I love pancakes. We were going to have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, but that didn’t happen. I’d made the batter and everything too. So we had them last night, although Dad decided to opt out for some reason. So here are some pictures taken of the fun of pancake day 🙂
